Pricing Options
We offer affordable options for your cat or dog.
The SAFE Care Spay / Neuter Clinic provides spaying and neutering services to cats, kittens, dogs and puppies.
Notice: If you have found an animal that needs immediate medical attention, please take it to an emergency animal hospital. We do not provide any emergency or wellness care through the SAFE Care Spay / Neuter Clinic.
Cats
Female Cats – $85
Male Cats – $75
Feral / Community Cats – $50
The fee is per animal* and includes:
- Spaying or neutering.
- Physical examination.
- Rabies and distemper vaccinations.
- Pre and post-op pain injection.
* Additional charges apply for the services noted below.
Dogs
Male Dogs
4 to 40# – $100
Note: We are unable to sterilize dogs that weigh over 40#.
Female Dogs
4 to 40# – $110
The fee is per animal* and includes:
- Spaying or neutering.
- Physical examination.
- Rabies and distemper vaccinations.
- Nail trimming.
- Pre-op pain injection.
- E-Collar

Dogs:
Cryptorchid (undescended testicle):
Unilateral: $35
Bilateral: $75
Additional charges for dogs will include Pyometra ($35), Obesity ($25), Dogs Currently In Heat ($35), Umbilical Hernia ($35), Rapid Flea Treatment (if there are fleas present).
Cats:
Cryptorchid (undescended testicle):
Unilateral: $35
Bilateral: $75
Additional charges for cats (excluding ferals) will include Pyometra ($25), Late Term Pregnant Spay ($25), Obesity ($25), Umbilical Hernia ($25), Rapid Flea Treatment (if there are fleas present).
Veterinary Services
These charges and services are available only to spay / neuter clients at the time of the appointment. They include treatment of the following conditions and feline health care services:
Cats:
- Take home pain medication – $10 per cat
- FeLV and FIV testing – $25 per cat (Recommended for all cats and kittens)
- Microchipping – $20 per animal, which includes a prepaid, lifetime registration with AKC Reunite
- Feline Leukemia vaccine – $25 per cat (Recommended for any cat or kitten that goes outdoors)
- Treatment for fleas, intestinal worms, heartworms, ticks and ear mites – $15 per cat (one month supply) or $90 per cat (six month supply)
- Treatment for intestinal parasites (roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms) with topical dewormer – $20 per cat
Dogs:
- Take home pain medication – $10 per dog
- Microchipping – $20 per animal, which includes a prepaid, lifetime registration with AKC Reunite
- Heartworm Testing – $25 per dog
- Treatment for fleas and ticks – $18 per dog (one month supply) or $108 per dog (six month supply)
- Treatment for intestinal parasites (roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms) – $25 per dog (pill form)
We offer affordable, low-cost spay / neuter services. Our current prices, excluding any specials, are listed above. Prices are subject to change at any time in our sole discretion.

Payment is taken at check in with cash or credit card.
